Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 16t platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree to any part, you are advised not to use our platform.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you as an individual user and 16t as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
The 16t platform is only for individuals 18 years or older. By using the platform, you confirm you have reached the minimum age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 16t platform at any time. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all involved accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 16t reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification (KYC). Failure to submit required documents within the stipulated period may lead to temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

Accounts are for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or giving accounts to others is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
By using the 16t platform, users agree to do so solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 16t.
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or gain unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
- Launching any cyber attacks, including attempts to access unauthorized parts of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content through this platform.
16t reserves the right to investigate any suspected rule violations and take appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits, and Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the 16t platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign exchange rates apply to transactions made using supported local payment methods.
Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian commercial banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the method chosen and may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check current limits on their account dashboard.
Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the deposit, subject to successful identity verification (KYC). 16t reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing during investigations of suspicious account activity.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms outlined in the respective promotional terms. Users are responsible for understanding the wagering requirements associated with any bonuses before accepting them.
16t is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers used by users during deposits or withdrawals.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

The 16t platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 16t is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical failures, system errors, or fund losses due to unauthorized access to your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software on the 16t platform are the exclusive property of 16t or its licensors. Users are not granted any license to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 16t platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 16t is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Using any third-party links is at the user’s own risk.
Account Policies, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
16t reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated. In cases of account closure related to fraud or serious breaches, 16t may hold the account balance pending investigation.
Users may also close their accounts anytime by contacting support. Voluntary closure is subject to settlement of all pending transactions and compliance with withdrawal requirements.
Changes to These Terms
16t reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or the registered email. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Malaysia.
